Check if your area is serviceable – For your total convenience, the GoFiber App lets you check if your area is available for service. Just input your necessary information, including your exact location to self-verify if your area is serviceable.
Fill up the application form – You can easily fill up the necessary details to begin your application. This will not take so much time, all thanks to the user-friendly interface.
Choose plans and add-ons suitable for your needs – Get a detailed look at the plans suitable for your needs. You may also peek at the available add-ons that will significantly enhance your pure fiber internet experience.
Upload files to submit requirements – Easily upload required documents to continue the application process, then verify your given email to complete the application

CHECK STATUS OF YOUR APPLICATION
Quickly check your application status by inputting your reference number. The app will specifically tell if you have any pending document that needs to be submitted, or if you are good to go for a connection.

HELLarious Experiences

Customer service is always hilarious as hell. Raise a single issue but you have to deal with more than ten CS agents. And worst, you have to explain to them one by one whats your issue is. And worst as hell, it still took months to resolve your concerns.

I had issue with connection after the typhoon last July 27, 2023. We lost electricity hence we lost connection too. After a week, electricity came back and as expected, converge signal is suppose to come back too. Unfortunately, after raising the issue to their CS in August 7, we finally get back online on September 29. Worst than hell, they want us to pay while we don’t have their service. HUNGRY!!!

Another thing, i made an auto debit arrangement with my bank account for the monthly bills. However, they are still sending disconnection notices repeatedly despite certifications from my bank that the bill was successfully paid.

One more thing, they are promising a 200mbps speed, PING it out and you’ll be surprised you are getting only 60 or 70 mbps. Not even get through half of what you are paying for 🥲

Needs some improvement.

The app is easy to set up. We’ve been using Converge since September 2023 and the first month was great and around the 2nd week of October there connection was lost (not only converge but all of the internet service of my area was gone) but it returned around last week of October. I mean there service isn’t that crappy (maybe only in my area) but we have no other choice (since it’s only the fiber line here in my area although other fiber is also starting here but I don’t think I would be moving) and the app itself is great but I think it needs improvement, first has to be router modification since there website for the modification is not secure and it would be better if we could do it on an app. Next is Ui, it’s UI is bland and it would be better to improve it :).

800mbps. Payment thru app didn't reflect.

I have an 800mbps plan with them.

I have it auto charged in my BDO credit card. BDO pays them every due dates. One time, I had my BDO credit card upgraded which affected my auto charge billers, which that month, alternatively, I paid manually thru this 'Converge mobile app'. The payment went successful and I have received a successful email and an official receipt as well in a separate email. But for some reasons, it never reflected on my account, then the next month, I was charged for two months. But since BDO auto charges pays them on due date. The payment was sent to them on the due date. They have my internet disconnected few days prior from my due date.

I am paid every month and was charged for two months the next since the last month's payment did not reflected. But my line was cut. How great service they have? Absolutely stressful and hassle. With advance payment pa yon since for three out of 2 months na yung bayad, pero putol internet ko.

Very very disappointing.
