Check if your area is serviceable – For your total convenience, the GoFiber App lets you check if your area is available for service. Just input your necessary information, including your exact location to self-verify if your area is serviceable.
Fill up the application form – You can easily fill up the necessary details to begin your application. This will not take so much time, all thanks to the user-friendly interface.
Choose plans and add-ons suitable for your needs – Get a detailed look at the plans suitable for your needs. You may also peek at the available add-ons that will significantly enhance your pure fiber internet experience.
Upload files to submit requirements – Easily upload required documents to continue the application process, then verify your given email to complete the application

CHECK STATUS OF YOUR APPLICATION
Quickly check your application status by inputting your reference number. The app will specifically tell if you have any pending document that needs to be submitted, or if you are good to go for a connection.

Please expand the Connected devices to actually show which devices are connected, and make an option to ban devices not recognized. Because there is an issue with your routers - someone can use an Password scanner to get access to the router without permission, because you didn't enable the option that prevents this from happening and your standard wifi password is too short and written on the back of the Router. I have changed it on mine. I have explained it 15 times to your staff, still no fix

PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS APP. Honestly, even after the update, it's still useless. Can't link my account to the app. I even downgraded my rating from 2 stars to 1 star because I've been trying to reach customer support regarding the failure to link my account to the app to no avail. I even paid Php 1000 for the changing of name/updating of the account details but the email address registered has not been updated yet. Can't even receive the OTP. "Super convenient" app? I don't think so.

after update .. everything is not working!!! you're an internet company which should lead in terms of technology but can't even fix a simple bug in your system..oh my.. *NEW REPLY I've done it.reinstalling the app twice thinking it could help but really no way.still, it isn't working ever..seeing from other reviews..you knew it has been happening.
